Humanity will provide customers with the opportunity to return, or exchange a product provided. Before accepting an item in exchange, the following requirements must be fulfilled.
Within 7 days of the sale date, the item must be returned along with the original receipts and price tags. The product must be returned in its original, unused, and complete with all tags and packaging condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on an item if we discover that it has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us right away if the item is damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and the company will not be responsible for any claims made after that time.
The company will arrange for a courier to pick up the item and cover the associated costs if the sold item has any technical or manufacturing flaws.If the issue is not due to a fault on the company's part, the customer will be responsible for covering the courier charges. The company will coordinate and arrange for the courier to pick up the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted or onsale items. Once the package has been shipped, changes to the delivery address cannot be accommodated.
Undergarments, fashion accessories (handbags, jewelry, watches, and cosmetics), gift cards and swimwear are all final sale items that cannot be exchanged or returned.
